A young hard-working shepherd awoke every morning at 4am to tend to his flock. He was always tired, and hardly ever saw his family, rarely spending time with the kids. His wife gradually became upset and asked him " Shepherd husband, why is it that you must wake so early every day, and miss the joys of being with your family?"
The shepherd replied "If I didn't, the sheep wouldn't be shepherded very well!"
His wife explained "But if you woke up an hour later, you would have more time with your family, plus you would feel less tired , and the sheep would have a better, more awake you!"
So the shepherd listened to his wife and got up an hour later every morning.

That shepherd is now a multimillionaire, he has houses all over the world, and he's the chairman of several multinational sheep-related companies.
